FAQ
01Does EZLO ever hold my money?
No. Your funds stay in your own Bitfinex account the whole time. The API key lets EZLO place and cancel funding offers, but it cannot withdraw.
02How much does it cost?
A flat subscription, billed yearly or quarterly. No performance fee and no cut of your interest. Bitfinex itself keeps 15% of lending interest; that fee goes to the exchange, not to EZLO. New accounts get a free trial, and the first invoice only comes after it ends.
03Which currencies are supported?
USD and USDT. You can lend both at the same time.
04Can I stop any time?
Yes. Pause from the dashboard in one click, or delete the API key on Bitfinex and EZLO loses all access. You pay each term by sending USDT yourself, so nothing is charged automatically and there's no lock-in.
05What annual rate can I expect?
It depends on the market. Bitfinex USD lending runs around 3% a year when the market is quiet and can pass 30% when it heats up. EZLO follows the market; it doesn't predict it or guarantee a return. Each month's actual numbers are in our rate reports.
06How much do I need to start?
Bitfinex requires at least 150 USD per funding offer, so you need 150 USD or USDT in your funding wallet before the Bot can place an offer.
07What happens to my money if EZLO shuts down?
Nothing moves. Your funds and active loans sit in your own Bitfinex account. Delete the API key on Bitfinex and EZLO can no longer touch the account; loans already out return to your funding wallet when their term ends.
08How is this different from Bitfinex auto-renew?
Auto-renew re-offers your funds with one fixed setup. A fixed rate falls behind the market, and FRR is an average of active loans that lags the rates actually filling. EZLO checks the market every 2 minutes and adjusts the rate and how your funds are split based on what is filling now.
